Ready to order? Plum Brook Chocolate is happy to take your order by phone or e-mail.  Advance notice of one week is appreciated.  Custom orders can take up to two weeks to fill.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to the following areas: Southbury, Middlebury, Bethlehem, Washington, Roxbury, and Litchfield  for a $5.00 charge. Woodbury delivery is complimentary. You may also pick up your order at our farmer’s market, any event table (Click here for schedule) or at The Mindful Kitchen, 10 Main St, New Preston. Call to arrange kitchen pick up.

Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 1-3 days.  We provide a USPS tracking number for all orders.

Most packages ship for $16.00. Larger orders may incur a $20.00 shipping and handling fee.

We may hold your order until Monday if it cannot be delivered by Saturday, because we don’t want your chocolates to wait somewhere over the weekend. We are not responsible for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or left outside in unfavorable conditions.

Your order will be wrapped to arrive in excellent condition.  If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know at the time of your order. If the order is a gift, please include a brief message that will be included on the gift enclosure.

Need it sooner? We offer express shipping.  Your cost will depend on the weight and size of your package. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally.
