Delivery and Pick-Up Information
There are two ways for you to receive your order:
Place your order on-line or by phone. When you order Plum Brook Chocolate online, a $15 flat rate handling and delivery fee will automatically be added to each order to the same address.*
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation and status on the delivery of your order. To place an online order click here. Or call 203-491-6041. Delivery is usually 2 – 4 days after placing an order. (If you need it sooner than this please call).
If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know at the time of your order. If your order is a gift, include a brief message that will appear on your box.
We have been very fortunate and trust that the US Postal Service should deliver your package on time. However, we can’t assume responsibility once the package has left us for shipping delays in transit or packages left outside too long at destination. For orders to western destinations we strongly recommend ordering early or shipping 2nd day air. Please call Pam to arrange.
2. Pick-Up – No contact, porch side
To place a pick-up order and confirm your date and time use this form to send an email or call 203.491.6041. We accept cash or check at pick-up. You may also place your pick-up order on-line using your credit card / pay pal and the $15 handling charge will immediately be refunded to your account upon receipt of your order.
We offer complimentary drop-off in Woodbury on orders of $20.00 or more. There is a $5 delivery charge to most local towns. Please call or email Pam to arrange: 203-491-6041 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
