There are three ways for you to receive your order:

1. By mail

When you order Plum Brook Chocolate online, a $15 flate rate shipping and handling fee will automatically be added to each order.

Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 1-3 days.  We provide a USPS tracking number for all orders.

Your order will be wrapped to arrive in excellent condition.  If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know at the time of your order. If the order is a gift, please include a brief message that will be included on the gift enclosure.

We may hold your order until Monday if it cannot be delivered by Saturday, because we don’t want your chocolates to wait somewhere over the weekend. We are not responsible for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or left outside in unfavorable conditions.

Need it sooner? We offer express shipping.  Your cost will depend on the weight and size of your package. Please call Pam to arrange.  Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally.

2. Pick up

Your $15 shipping charge will be refunded if you pick up your on-line order in Woodbury, CT, at our farmer’s market, or at any event.  To place a pick-up order directly, use this form to send us an email or call Pam at 203.491.6041 to confirm a date and time. We accept cash, check or credit at pick-up.

3. Delivery

We deliver to Southbury, Middlebury, Bethlehem, Washington and Roxbury for a $5.00 charge. Delivery in Woodbury is complimentary.
